Welcome to SafehousingNow. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the SafehousingNow mobile application (the “App”), which is designed to provide resources and support for individuals affected by domestic violence. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The App provides tools, information, and resources to assist users experiencing or escaping domestic violence. The App is not a substitute for professional counseling or emergency services. If you are in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of domestic violence situations. Your privacy is important to us. All personal information you provide via the App is protected by our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. For your safety, we recommend using the App only on a secure device. Clear your browsing history, log out after each session, and delete the App if necessary.

SafehousingNow is not responsible for delays or failure to receive critical support if the App is used inappropriately for emergencies.
